Straight ranges. Transparent inclusions. No surprise extras after we've seen the space.

Prices include Benjamin Moore Aura paint and labour for two coats. These are average ranges — your quote will reflect the actual scope after a walkthrough or floor plan review.

We don't price by square footage. That method overcharges some clients and underestimates others. Our quotes are built from specific labour and material counts, drawing on decades of estimating experience.

How we estimate

Every quote starts with a walkthrough or a review of your floor plan. We calculate labour and material quantities specific to your space — prep requirements, ceiling heights, colour complexity, and whether people are living in the space during the work. You pay for the actual job, not a formula.
